As part of the programme I received bespoke training at arts venues around the UK to enhance creative programming, marketing and business skills. Learning Support Assistant
From 2008 - 2013 I worked in special needs education as a Learning Support Assistant in Ysgol Erw'r Delyn, Penarth. Music was a huge part of my work. As well as setting up a lunchtime jamming / improv music group I was also in charge of the 'Soundbeam' - an assistive inclusive music technology used by people with special needs including PMLD, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Stakeholder Director of Welsh Music Foundation. In 2014 I was voted by people who work in music in Wales to become a Stakeholder Director of the WMF. Unfortunately the WMF funding was cut shortly after I started and it shut down.
